We all carry beliefs, habits and old hurts that once protected us and now only hold us back. Monika reads the mental, emotional and physical layers of a person with high intuition and Quantum Life Guidance methods, and helps clear what has been stored but no longer nourishes you.
Bodywork gives those shifts a physical path. The session ends with the body fully relaxed and back in balance.

Intuitive and energy work is open now. Registered Massage Therapy opens once Monika's RMT registration in BC is complete, with receipts you can submit to extended health plans.

What is Quantum Life Guidance?
A focused, intuitive way of working with your body, mind, feelings and spirit. It reaches beliefs and your sense of self below conscious thought, so resistance, old patterns, inherited hurts and trauma can be released and you can live more aligned and free.
Can distance sessions really work?
Yes. Quantum Life Guidance is offered by phone or video as well as in person. Many clients combine distance work between in-person bodywork sessions.
Will my extended health plan cover it?
Registered Massage Therapy receipts will be accepted by most extended health plans once RMT services open. Intuitive and energy work is usually not covered, so check your plan.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, water, and whatever is on your mind. For bodywork, arrive ten minutes early for your first visit.
